When this customer became the aunt to twin boys Tomas and Javier, she wanted to give them a special gift.  She thought it would be nice if they could each have a memory book that could be used throughout their lives.  People could write in them at every event from baptisms to birthdays to graduations to weddings.  She wanted a classic look with just a slight touch of something that would suggest baby boys (pale blue).  These books each have 100 pages (about 1/2 an inch thick) of unlined off-white paper that are 8.5" tall by 7" wide.  The covers are dark brown goatskin leather with a blind embossed oak tree and acorn (meant to represent the children - the acorns - and the family tree).  Lettering was added using moveable metal type, hot foil stamping, and light blue stamping foil.  Each book also has a light blue ribbon page marker.

A book like this would cost around $245 each, so $490 for the pair.
