Purple  Photo  Album  with Degas  Cover  Image

This album was created for my cousin who loves to dance.  This Degas "dancers" image matched the color and feel of the book perfectly.  The cover was made with purple vellum bookcloth and the Degas image, printed on fade and water-resistant Epson Professional photo paper, was mounted inside a slightly recessed square on the front cover.  My cousin's name was stamped in gold and a small floral decoration was added in light blue stamping foil.  The pages were off-white in my usual scrapbook/album construction.  My cousin could mount photos or other items on the pages with self-stick photo corners or glue.  This album was roughly 10"x10".  As on most of my albums & scrapbooks, I left the rough, deckled edge of the paper on the front edge of all the pages.

A book like this would cost around $225.
