Personal Memoir Book
This customer wanted a nice, basic, and easy-to-use blank book for her grandmother to record her memories in. Her grandmother was a very practical person and didn't like a lot of goopy ornamentation. So the lettering and decoration on this book were kept basic. The pages were lined and a burgundy ribbon page marker was included. To keep the cost down, burgundy imitation leather cloth was used instead of leather. The customer wanted it to look different than all the books out there with gold type, so she chose copper-colored foil for the type on the cover and spine.
