Baby Album with Monkey & Banana
This photo album was made for a couple who painted their baby's nursery with very playful hand-drawn designs of monkeys. They sent me photos of the room and I based the design of the monkey on the front cover on their paintings that appeared on the walls. This album is 8" square and only 15 pages long to hold 30 special photos of their new baby. The cover is dark green pigskin leather with a raised monkey face in the corner of the front cover and a raised banana design in the corner of the back cover. This album also features raised cords on the spine accented with gold lines. I completed the cover before the baby was born, but finished it only after I had the birth date and other information to add to the front cover in san serif gold lettering. I thought this album was playful without being goofy!
An album like this would cost around $180.
