Daily Journal Page size: 8.5" x 11" 200 pages of blue-lined, acid-free notebook paper (see photo above). Pages are oversewn on an oversewing machine. This makes a book that is not quite as elegant as a hand-sewn book (it will not lay completely flat on its own as you can see in the above photo), but it is VERY durable. Cover is made of gray-tan bookcloth over binder's board. The word "Journal" and a pointed decoration with a leaf at the center are stamped in navy pigment using the hot foil stamping process. There is also a single leaf at the base of the spine stamped in the same navy pigment. Bookcloth has been attached to the board covers using animal glue. The rest of the book has been assembled with all-archival adhesives. This is a hand-assembled book. This book is a great run-of-the-mill, everyday, knockaround journal. As I said on the homepage of this site; my own journal is made in this way! PRICE: $40.00 quantity available: in gray-tan with navy type (as shown) - SOLD 2 - in silver bookcloth with chrome type (not pictured) 1 - in burgundy bookcloth with silver type (not pictured) 1 - in navy bookcloth with gold type (not pictured) 1 - in periwinkle linen with navy type (not pictured) To order this book, e-mail me at tedra@fineblankbooks.com |
