I created this music composition book for friend and lyric tenor Justin Vickers.  I had the pages printed with staff paper in the layout I needed for hand-sewing.  This landscape-format book is roughly 12" wide by 9" tall.  It has a printed title page that features artwork used in one of Justin's recital programs.  The cover is burgundy pigskin leather and features Justin's name in a raised Zapfino font.  In the center of the cover, Justin's signature is stamped in silver.  This was done using a metal die.  There is more silver lettering on the spine added using moveable metal type.

A book like this would cost around $400, partly due to the cost of the pages printed with staff paper.  This does not include the cost of the die used to add the stamped silver signature.  A die this size could cost around $65.
