Bridesmaids Gift Journals
These journals were created as gifts for bridesmaids in a wedding party. The colors were customized for each woman who would be receiving them as was the cover decoration; one more nature-y, one more playful. These were cover decorations I already had and the words were added using metal type I already had...so the cost was kept down by avoiding having dies made with custom designs. The point is, I can often customize something pretty well using type and decorations I already have. The covers were made using periwinkle linen on the left (a discontinued color; sorry; I can no longer stock or use that color) and light blue linen on the right. As per the bridesmaids' requests, the periwinkle book was stamped with purple stamping pigment and the light blue linen book was stamped with brown stamping pigment. This way, each woman received a book in the colors she liked best. What a great idea for bridesmaids gifts!
These journals would cost about $85 each.
