Black  Leather  Journal  with  Monogram  and  Cherry  Blossom  Branches

This journal was created for someone who just graduated college who had an interest in Japan and Japanese culture.  Her aunt wanted me to create a journal for her that reflected these interests without being completely obvious about it.  This journal has 100 pages of unlined 8.5"x11" paper (resulting in a book that's about 1/2" thick).  The cover is black pigskin leather over a raised monogram design accented by branches of cherry blossoms.  A name and date were added to the spine in silver lettering and there's a single sprig of raised cherry blossoms on the back cover.  This book also has Asian-inspired cherry blossom endpapers and a ribbon page marker.

A book like this would cost around $290.
