This journal has 200 pages (400 page sides to write on) that are 8.5" wide by 11" tall and LINED.  The lined paper is off-white with light brown lines and college-ruled spacing.  The book also has a permanently-attached dark brown ribbon page marker.  The hard cover is covered with several kinds of goatskin leather....vegetable-tanned dark brown goatskin, British tan Sokoto goatskin, and the pale tan/yellow spine is expensive French Chagreen goatskin.  The leather is flush at the joints (no overlap) and is decorated with square Celtic knot stamped designs (blind stamped on the light tan leather and gold on the spine) and a dragonfly stamped in dark brown stamping pigment.  The spine is decorated with raised cords.  This book has beautiful Spanish hand-marbled endpapers in a black and tan "snail" pattern.
